in Villa Rošinjola
The beautiful villa Rošinjola, located in the small Istrian place called Čendaki, near Nova Vas, impresses with its minimalist simplicity and isolated position that will provide you peace and privacy.
The contemporary style of construction includes large glass walls in each room of the villa providing airiness and brightness to the interior. The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 10 people, and out of a total of 4 bedrooms, two have two double beds, and the remaining two have two single beds that can also be combined into double beds. Two extra beds are available in the villa as well.
On the upper floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and on the ground floor of the villa there are another two bedrooms also with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and an open concept dining room. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby bath, baby feeding chair and a baby cot at your disposal.
